BELL

BELL is a non-profit organization that administers innovative educational programs to over 8,000 underserved students throughout Boston, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

Through after-school and summer programs, Building Educated Leaders for Life cultivates the intellectual and personal development of elementary school students in low-income urban areas. BELL’s impact is quantifiable and significant: 100% of students who enter BELL scoring at the failing level on math and literacy standardized tests achieve a higher performing category by the conclusion of the program; 81% of all BELL students test at “Proficient” or “Advanced” levels by the conclusion of the program.

At this time, the AT Foundation is providing immediate financial support to BELL as we develop a program to provide tutorial services to BELL’s most motivated students.
