John earned a B.M. from the New England Conservatory of Music, an M.Ed. in Alternative Education from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in English and American Literature from Brandeis University. John is an author whose work has appeared in various publications, including The New Republic, The Boston Exchange, and the Detroit Area Weekly Newspapers. Before tutoring with Advantage Testing, he taught ESL at Hunan University in China. John has over 30 years of tutoring experience with Advantage Testing.
