Peter graduated from Yale College with a B.A. in Political Science. He then earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a managing editor of the Columbia Law Review. After graduating from law school, Peter worked as an associate at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and then went on to Sutherland Asbill & Brennan (now Eversheds Sutherland), where he is a partner in the litigation practice group. Peter enjoys learning, teaching, and spending time with his lovely wife and three (sometimes lovely) children.
